Giving Back to the Community: Forum Kenya’s Annual Outreach to the Vulnerable

At Forum Kenya Development Foundation, giving back is at the heart of who we are. Each year, we dedicate a special moment to step away from our routine programs and focus purely on blessing the less privileged in our society through a one-time, high-impact annual event.

This annual outreach brings together our team, partners, and community members in a united effort to support the most vulnerable—the elderly, orphans, people living with disabilities, and struggling families.

Touching Lives Across Counties

In recent years, we’ve held this impactful event in Uasin Gishu, Kiambu, Murang’a, Bomet, and Nairobi Counties, reaching hundreds of families with love, dignity, and practical help. The event includes:

  • Distribution of food packs and basic essentials
  • Donation of clothes, blankets, and shoes
  • Medical checkups and health talks
  • Counseling and encouragement sessions
  • Children’s fun and mentorship activities

Each event is carefully organized in partnership with local leaders and volunteers to ensure the help reaches those who need it most.

More Than Giving — It’s about Connection

Our annual outreach is not just about material support. It’s a moment of compassion and community—a time to sit with the neglected, to listen, to pray together, and to remind each person that they are seen and valued.

“We don’t give because we have much. We give because we understand what it means to go without.”

This spirit of shared humanity is what drives us.

Looking Ahead

As Forum Kenya continues to grow, we remain committed to making this outreach bigger and better every year. With the help of well-wishers, churches, institutions, and individuals who believe in our mission, we aim to touch even more lives in the coming years.

If you would like to be part of this noble cause—whether by donating, volunteering, or spreading the word—reach out to us. Together, we can continue to build a Kenya where no one is left behind.

One day. One heart. One community. Giving back—because everyone matters.
