A training program allows our members to strengthen their skills needed in their day to day activities. A development program brings all the members to a higher level so they all have similar skills and knowledge.

Training allows an entrepreneur to acquire new skills, sharpen existing ones, perform better, increase productivity and be better leaders.

Educating and training small-scale entrepreneurs has been argued as a key necessity to the development and growth of small-scale enterprises in many countries. This is mainly because through education and training, entrepreneurs develop skills, attitudes and knowledge which all together offers them the opportunity to establish and also expand their enterprises.

Forum Kenya has by now conducted a number of Training Workshops meant to equip the community members with adequate knowledge to manage their business. This includes budgeting, book-keeping and analyzing different aspects of their businesses.
